An oil with a rather delicate flavour, light fruity, with rather muted spicy and bitter notes. Excellent in combination with fish and vegetables. Available in 250 cc, 500 cc bottles.

100% Frantoio monovarietal

It is a very fresh oil, with an initial intense green colour, it has important vegetal, intensely fruity notes and nuances of fresh grass, artichoke and green almond. Perfect for meat and game based dishes. Available in 250 cc, 500 cc bottles.

It is an intense fruity oil with a good herbaceous scent, a pleasant scent of unripe almond and green tomato, with a hint of spiciness and a medium bitter aftertaste. The absolute protagonist of the dish, it should be combined with simple and minimally processed foods. Available in 250 cc, 500 cc bottles.
